Terms of sale
Buying a game directly from us.
These terms apply when you buy one of our games on an Iron Buffalo Studios site. Buying on Steam, Epic, the App Store or Google Play is covered by that store's terms.
Who you buy from
Direct purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes payment, issues the invoice and handles tax; we deliver the game. Paddle's own buyer terms apply as well as these.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable license to play the game you bought, delivered as a key for the store named on the product page (for example a Steam key) or as a download, sent to the e-mail address you gave at checkout. The license does not include the right to resell, rent or redistribute the game or its files.
Refunds
14 days, any reason: see the refund policy. A refunded order's key is canceled.
Early Access and work in progress
Some of our games are sold while still in development. The product page says so. Features, balance and content can change, and a game can be withdrawn from sale; your license to the version you bought stays.
Your account and conduct
Keep your key private. Do not use our games, sites or services to break the law, attack others, or circumvent protection measures. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Liability
Our games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a direct purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
