Refund policy
14 days. Any reason.
If you bought one of our games directly on an Iron Buffalo Studios site, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
How to ask
Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, so refunds go through Paddle:
- go to paddle.net, find your order with the e-mail address you bought with, and request a refund; or
- e-mail support@ironbuffalostudios.com with your order number and we start it for you.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How fast it shows up depends on your bank.
Your key
When an order is refunded, the key from that order is canceled.
After 14 days
If something has gone wrong after 14 days, for example the game will not run on your PC or you were charged twice, e-mail us anyway and we will work it out with Paddle.
Store purchases
Games bought on Steam, Epic, the App Store or Google Play are refunded under that store's policy; we cannot refund those ourselves.
Paddle's policy
Refunds are processed under Paddle's terms as well as this one.
